Returns, Refunds, Cancellation and Shipping
Shipping, returns, refunds and cancellation policy.
These policies are offered in addition to your legal rights.

Shipping policy:
Orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible. By law you have to receive your goods within 30 days, unless we have an alternative agreement. You will be notified when your order is shipped.
Packages will be posted using Royal Mail first class unless you have selected differently when ordering the product. Any free postage offers will be sent by second class post. I will keep receipts from the post office as proof of postage. Greetings cards and A4 digital prints will be safely packaged and posted using either board backed envelopes or small parcels for delivery. A3 prints will safely packaged and be delivered in a sturdy cardboard roll or similar.
If you have chosen to have your cards packaged as 'naked' i.e. without cellophane packaging, your cards will be wrapped in paper before being posted in a card backed envelope. In the unlikely event that your card arrives water damaged, please contact me to arrange a replacement card with evidence of the damage to both packaging and card. You may need to return the original card to me.
Cancellations, refunds and returns policy:
You have a right to cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered. You will receive a full refund of the price listed on the website at the time of purchase as long as you have told me you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods and that the goods are received by me on return in the condition that you received them (please see later point). You have another 14 days after informing me of your cancellation to return the goods to me. You will then receive a refund within 14 days of me receiving the goods back.
If you wish to cancel your order or apply for a refund or return an item, please contact me on [email protected] You can also use the cancellation form to notify me of your wish to cancel. This can either be e-mailed or posted to the address found on the form.(This is found at the end of the policy document).
You will receive an acknowledgement of your cancellation from me, and of your refund.
You will also receive a full refund if the item is faulty or not as described on the website. This is your legal right: “When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or mis-described.”
You will receive a refund equal to the amount listed on the website at time of purchase for either a return or a cancellation – this will cover the sum you have paid for the goods and packing and shipping costs included within the listed price.
You will be responsible for the payment of postage for returning the goods. The goods (mini-prints and linocut prints and cards purchased where cellophane packaging has been selected) must be returned in their cellophane packaging and posted in the same manner as they were from me i.e. protected from postal damage within either a cardboard tube or board backed envelope. You will also need to include proof of purchase from me or my website. Goods will only be accepted for return from the person who purchased them.
Goods will need to be returned to the address listed on the receipt provided with the goods or on the bottom of the order confirmation e-mail. Please contact me if you need further clarification. It can also be found on the cancellation form at the end of the policy document.
If the goods, on return to me, have been diminished in value due to the handling of them beyond necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function I reserve the right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement.
It is my responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that I have not met legal obligations, please contact me. Please also contact me if you have a complaint about the service you have received.
All time periods quoted will be extended to the next working day if they end on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday. This includes all cancellation periods and the time limits for returning goods, providing refunds etc.
