Day Workshops:
Workshops are filled on a first come first served basis and your payment secures your place, apologies but I cannot reserve workshop spaces.
Cancellations / Changes / Refunds
If it becomes necessary to cancel your booking, please inform me (Alix Almond) by email as soon as possible. ([email protected])
Day Workshops cancelled at any time after being booked will result in no refund unless we are able to refill your place.
In the unlikely event of Alix having to cancel a course an alternative date will be offered or all monies will be refunded.
Amendments / Transfers
No reductions or refunds can be made in respect of late arrival, early departure or absence during any part of your booking. Your place may be transferred to another person once you have made your payment to me. Please e-mail me to advise of name changes or if you are paying for another person to attend. This can also be added in the 'notes' section on the order.
